- Steel, aluminum - Corderite stone - Made in China - Clean the oven’s exterior with a sponge and warm soapy water, then wipe clean with paper towels (a bleach-free cleaning spray can be used on extra dirty areas) - Heat oven to 950°F to burn off any food debris or soot inside
